All standard orders will ship within three business days from date of purchase. No shipping on weekends.

Once an order is fulfilled by Be Hippy, we are not responsible for carrier delays in delivery. We are also not responsible for theft of a delivered package and will not refund. 

All items in the sale category, including Mystery Boxes, are final sale and cannot be returned.

It doesn’t always work out – we stand by everything we sell. If you find that your Be Hippy goods don’t fit or you would like a different color or size, please download the form below, fill it out and include with your shipment back to us.

We’ll be happy to accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on behippy.com or one of our kiosks at Denver International Airport, for a return or exchange. For returns received within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original payment. To receive a full refund of purchase ship back items in which they were received, hats must be in a box with the cardboard sleeve. No returns will be accepted if received after 30 days of delivery.
