1 % for the Planet Membership
At Be Hippy we support organizations who strive for positive change through activism, education, community based impact and so much more. As a member of 1% for the Planet, we’ve pledged to donate 1% of our annual sales through partnerships who support sustainability and bettering our planet for generations to come.
ECO Collection
It is important for us to supply items that support our mission for positive change. It is our responsibility to leave the places we enjoy most, better than when we arrived and focus our efforts on reducing our environmental footprint. Our Eco Collection is made up of many different sustainable clothing designs that vary in type of eco-friendly material. Sustainable clothing is clothing that is made from sustainable or eco-friendly fabrics. These fabrics often include hemp, organic cotton, recycled materials like REPREVE, and many others. The fabrics that go into sustainable fashion, use less resources and have less of a negative impact on our planet compared to other materials used by fast-fashion brands. The fashion industry is one of the top contributors of carbon emissions in the world! Choosing brands that support eco-friendly practices, will help to reduce those emissions and reduce our environmental footprint. It is important to be a conscious consumer and choosing sustainable fashion brands is one way to help our planet!
